Yes! We now offer international worldwide shipping to customers around the world via USPS First Class International mail.
International shipping charges are $25, with free shipping for orders over $75.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes at this time. It is important for us to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner and our courier partners cannot confirm delivery to us if the recipient is a PO box.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change or redirect the shipping address.
Once your order is received it immediately goes into our processing queue and cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order selections and quantities carefully during checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from Luscious Cosmetics. We can accept returns for orders placed on iloveluscious.com within 14 days of purchase, unless the item is marked as final sale. We are unable to accept exchanges at this time for hygiene and safety reasons. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you have received a defective item, we will replace it at no charge.
If you wish to return an item within 14 days of purchase, please contact customer service with your order ID and they will guide you through the process. You will need to mail the items to our Los Angeles or Las Vegas warehouses as indicated by our customer service team, including any free gifts or promotional items associated with your order, with your order ID indicated clearly on the outside of the package. Once your return is processes (5-7 days after receipt of items) we will issue a refund to the exact same mode of payment that was used at time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
In the interest of safety and hygiene, we trash all returned items. Please keep that in mind when you make your returns, as we are an indie business!

We are committed to creating cruelty-free products and ensure we purchase raw materials from globally credible suppliers that certify that they are not tested on animals. All our formulations are custom and proprietary. Our team of women-led cosmetic chemists also ensures that all safety testing does not include testing on animals. Yes, we are serious and committed to ending cruelty to animals across all industries, starting with our own, the beauty industry.
We are committed to creating vegan-friendly products that contain no animal-derived ingredients. To ensure this, we purchase raw materials from globally credible suppliers that certify our selected ingredients are free of animal ingredients, in case an ingredient we like is not vegan, we go back to the drawing board (our lab) to find a substitute. All our formulations are custom and proprietary, and we work hard to create products we are proud of.
The answer is YES. Safety comes first at Luscious Cosmetics. Although not required by law, we voluntarily partner with globally recognized third-party testing lab SGS to run Heavy Metals Safety tests on each production batch of our cosmetics. This includes testing for a list of other toxic substances commonly present in cosmetics such as arsenic, cadmium and lead.
